Sail Shade Replacement Project
During the June 18, 2026 Board Meeting, the Board approved sail shade replacements at Promenade and Courtside Parks.
Please be advised that the sail shades at Promenade Park and Courtside Park will be replaced beginning Monday September 14, 2026, at 7:00 AM through 2:00 PM. We kindly ask that all residents avoid entering the designated work zones while the replacement is in progress. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this improvement project.
