Grove Pool Project

Great news! The Grove Family & Quiet Pools and Spas are getting a makeover! The approved renovation includes new plaster, waterline tile, mastic, and coping. Coping will not be replaced at the spas as they are in good condition!

  • 10/16/25 - Project (minus coping at the spas) was approved.

  • 11/20/25 - Approval was amended to include new coping throughout the entire family pool.

  • 3/9/26 Facility Closure Begins. Anticipated reopening June 1, 2026.

  • 3/9/26 Water being drained.

  • 3/13/26 Coping, waterline tile, and beach entry tiles removed.

  • 3/19/26 Quiet Spa regrout and mastic replacement, and spa fountain removal approved

  • 4/6/26 - Installation of coping on Quiet Pool commenced

  • 4/13/26 - Installation of coping on Family Pool and waterline tile at Quiet Pool and Family Spa commenced

  • 5/5/26 - Installation of coping and waterline tile is almost complete!

  • 5/20/26: The Grove pool facilities passed its pre-plaster inspection yesterday! This clears the way for plaster installation at the Quiet Pool, Quiet Spa, and Family Spa this Friday. These bodies of water are expected to be refilled by Tuesday, 5/26/26.

  • The final coping stones for the Family Pool are scheduled for installation next week, with plaster anticipated to be completed by late next week. Once the Family Pool is refilled, the required 30‑day curing period will begin.

  • Assuming all bodies of water pass final inspection with the Health Department, we are currently targeting an opening in approximately 5–6 weeks!

  • 5/27/26: All coping stones were installed in the Grove Family Pool, which means that the plaster can be installed and water can be filled back into the pool!

  • 6/1/26: The Grove pool is almost full! Aquatic brought in an IRWD water meter pump to help the pool fill quickly over this past weekend! The Health Department final inspection is tentatively scheduled for 6/16/26. If the Health Department approves the final inspection, the pools may open early without heat for approximately 1-2 weeks. The spas may be heated sooner.

  • 6/16/26: The Health Department did not attend the anticipated final inspection today. Management is currently awaiting confirmation of a new inspection date and are hopeful it will be rescheduled later this week.

    • The Family Pool was plastered later than the Quiet Pool, Quiet Spa, and Family Spa, due to the shortage of 7 coping stones, which means its required curing period will extend approximately 10 days beyond the other bodies of water. This brings the potential open date to June 26, 2026. This potentially impacts the overall reopening sequence. Management and Aquatic are actively reviewing whether the Family Pool can safely open, without heat, during the final stages of curing, or whether doing so would affect any warranties. Once a clear and compliant path is confirmed, we will provide updated timelines and next steps.

    • Thank you for your continued patience as we work through the final stages of this renovation and coordinate with the Health Department to ensure a safe and successful reopening!

  • 6/18/26: The Health Department has now verbally approved the final inspection, and the Association is currently awaiting written confirmation to finalize the approval.

    • Aquatic has advised against opening the pools this weekend due to potential warranty concerns related to the Family Pool plaster, which is still within its extended curing period. Because the Family Pool was plastered later than the Quiet Pool, Quiet Spa, and Family Spa, due to a delay in receiving seven coping stones, its curing timeline extends approximately 10 days beyond the other bodies of water.

    • With this updated guidance, there will be a soft opening on Wednesday, June 24. The Quiet Pool, Quiet Spa, and Family Spa, will have been heated at that time. The Family Pool is not anticipated to have heat until Friday, June 26.

  • 6/24/26 - 6/26/26: The Grove pool facilities fully reopened!
