2026 Beautification Project
Management distributed communication on Thursday, February 19, 2026, to all Properties that are not a part of a Sub-Association (Rowe-Court and Brookland), regarding the 2026 Beautification Project. This initial communication requested that Homeowner’s take a moment to inspect and address any exterior areas of the home that need a fresh coat of paint. This includes, but isn't limited to, areas with chipping paint, faded features, sun damage, or other signs of wear and tear. Features that should be taken into consideration include but are not limited to shutters, stucco, wrought iron gates, garage doors, etc.
Management will be taking a close look at all single family and special benefit area homes beginning in May 2026, and will begin sending courtesy enforcement letters to those homes still in need of fresh paint on exterior features at that time.
If a feature is being painted the exact same color as the approved paint scheme, an architectural application does not need to be submitted to the Association. If you are not sure if an application needs to be submitted, please contact Management at Contact@bakerranchcommunity.com.
