Arbors Club Project
Great news! The Arbors Family Pool, Spa, and Wader are getting a makeover! The approved renovation includes new plaster, waterline tile, mastic, and coping.
11/20/25 - New plaster, waterline tile and coping project approved for the Arbors Pool, Spa, and Wader
1/20/26 - The Association just received permits and approval on Tuesday, January 20, 2026! Work is scheduled to begin next week, with an anticipated completion at the end of March. During this time, the pool area will be closed for construction. Residents identified in the pool area during closure may be subject to enforcement action.

Please note that all dates are approximate and may shift based on weather, material availability, and inspection timelines. The Association is also dependent on the County Health Department for final approval to reopen the pool. Their inspection schedule may cause delays that are outside of the Association’s control.
